General Manager

Reporting to the Area Manager you are responsible for the operation and local marketing of the Lazer FX Center as an exciting entertainment option. You are accountable for creating and maintaining a positive employee relations environment which provides optimum levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build team commitment
  Ensure open communication and implementation of company policies
  Responsible for all human resources activities
  Conduct performance management functions
  Responsible for financial activities
  Ensure in-house promotion is ongoing, creative and well-presented
  Ensure all equipment is maintained on a regular basis

If you have 3-5 years experience in a restaurant, retail, service or hospitality industry, community involvement and local store marketing experience, are outgoing, can lead the team to success and have demonstrated the above responsibilities, then we want YOU.

Manager

Responsible for the complete operation of a Lazer FX Centre in the absence of the General Manager, functioning as a team leader in directing and supervising staff and providing outstanding levels of customer service and fun.

Responsibilities Include:

• In charge of creating a FUN environment
  Function as a leader of the crew
  Assist General Manager in marketing plans and special projects
  Responsible for financial and human resources activities in General Managers absence
  Provide feedback to General Manager regarding employee morale, customer service, business issues and making suggestions to heighten the Lazer FX experience
  Maintain and monitor inventory levels as needed

If you have 2-4 years supervisory experience in a retail, service or entertainment industry, are outgoing, have coaching and leadership experience and have demonstrated the above responsibilities, then we want YOU.

Assistant Manager

Responsible for being the team leader, directing staff and ensuring optimum levels of customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide optimum levels of customer service
  Open and close center in absence of the General Manger and Manager
  Responsible for reconciling daily revenue, float, petty cash, change machine and change
  Ensure all equipment is fully operational and fix technical problems within 15 minutes
  Perform crew duties as required

If you have 1-3 years experience in a retail, service or entertainment industry, possess excellent communication and problem solving skills, have supervisory experience and have demonstrated the above responsibilities, then we want YOU.

Game Master

Responsible for providing fun, safe, entertaining experience that exceeds customers expectations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Be an Ambassador of FUN
  Be a team player
  Operate POS and computer systems
  Game Master games
  Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure the center is clean at all times
  Advise management of customer complaints or problems unable to resolve
